Distribution

Worldwide.

Biology

Parasitoids of Lepidoptera caterpillars feeding in concealed situations e.g. leaf rollers, case bearers or stem borers, or if exposed caterpillars are targeted they are then stung and dragged by the bethylid female to a concealed situation such as a crevice.
