Distribution Endemic to Afrotropical region: Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya (Quinlan 1988); Cameroon, Central African Republic, Republic of Congo, Guinea, South Africa, Uganda, Yemen (van Noort et al. 2015).
Biology

Host unknown, but expected to attack a dipterous host in a narrow space such as under tree bark (van Noort et al. 2015).
