Type species: Afrisolia obesa Masner & Huggert, 1989, by original designation.

Distribution

South Africa.

The Afrisolia species recorded from Iran (represented by two males) in Lotfalizadeh (2018) is a misidentification and these specimens are in fact a species of Isolia (van Noort et al. 2021).
