Figites fraudator Benoit, 1956. Holotype in Royal Museum of Central Africa, Tervuren (RMCA). Type Locality: Rwankwi, N of Lake Kivu (Democratic Republic of Congo).  Junior synonym of Figites aciculatus (synonymy by van Noort et al., 2014).
