Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Niger, South Africa.

Also Australian, Neotropical, Oriental & Palaearctic regions.

Biology

Host: Delphacidae (Guglielmino et al. 2013): in South Africa: Falcotoya aglauros (Fennah), Falcotoya sporoboli (Lindberg); Syndelphax capellana (Jacobi) (= Syndelphax nigricaudata (Muir)).
