Pycnetron pix Prinsloo, 2005. Holotype in Pretoria (SANC). Type locality: SOUTH AFRICA, Mpumalanga Province: Tweefontein Plantation nr. Sabie, 25°06’S 30°27’E, 14.ix.2003, S. Gebeyehu, ex pupae of Pissodes nemorensis in logs of Pinus elliottii..
