Micromeriella aureola aureola (Klug, 1832).

Classification

Paratype males SAM-HYM-A003726 and 3727 (SAMC).

Paratype females SAM-HYM-A003718 and 3725 (SAMC).

Non-types (SAMC)

Distribution

 Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Iran, Kenya, Libya, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia, Yemen.

Biology

External parasitoids of beetle larvae (mostly Scarabaeidae) that live in soil or decaying vegetable matter.
