Saussure (1890)
illustrated a specimen which he named Oryssus oberthueri; apparently, no
proper written description was ever published, and no material has been
associated with it. Judging from the illustrations, the species was tentatively
transferred to Chalinus by Vilhelmsen (2001). However, given the absence
of material, he also considered it to be a doubtful species and listed it as ?Chalinus
oberthueri (Saussure, 1890) species inquirenda. |
