Distribution

Worldwide, but absent from the Australian region.

Biology

Cleptoparasites or ectoparasitoids of bee and wasp larva (Megachilidae, Anthophoridae, Eumeninae).

Diversity

About 66 species in 12 genera (Aguiar et al 2013; Branstetter et al 2018).
