Trathala lachaisae Rousse, Villemant & Seyrig,  2011. Holotype: in Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle, Paris (MNHN). Type locality: Madagascar, Antananarivo.
 

Distribution

Madagascar.

Biology

Host: unknown.

Diagnosis

Species clearly atypical with its tergite I half the lenghth of tergite II, propodeal carinae greatly reduced and ovipositor subapically constricted (Rousse et al., 2011).

Etymology

Dedicated to Mrs Marcelle Lachaise, who devoted decades in the management of the MNHN Hymenoptera collection (Rousse et al., 2011).
