Nototrachys nirvana Morley, 1926. Lectotype in Iziko South African Museum, Cape Town (SAMC). Type locality: Mfongosi, Zululand, South Africa.

Non-type female (determined by C. Morley as Nototrachys callicrates in 1919, which is a synonym of A. tisisthenes, but was subsequently determined as A. nirvanum by H. Townes in 1970). Specimen imaged in 2023 with LAS 4.9 imaging system by Simon van Noort.
