Aulacus thoracicus Westwood,1841. Lectotype: male in Natural History Museum Humboldt University Berlin (ZMHB) - designated by Turrisi 2006. Type locality: Capland (= Western Cape Province, South Africa).

Comments

Only known from two specimens (male and female) collected 170 years ago.
