Loxotropa exsul Kieffer, 1912: 70. Syntype female (BMNH 9.738), and male in the Natural History Museum, London (NHMUK). Type localities: Silhouette, Mare aux Cochons; and Mahé, Slopes of Morne Seychellois,  Seychelles.
