Quadrastichus leaf galls on Erythrina latissima (1) and  Erythrina lysistemon (2).
Distribution Worldwide.
Biology Parasitoids of Coleoptera, Diptera, Hymenoptera, Lepidoptera and Homoptera, or phytophagous gall formers.
